
Cancellation
Policy
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy
to other guests and our service providers, please provide 4 hours notice
if you must cancel or reschedule the appointment. Cancellations in less
than 4 hours and "no shows" will require 60% of the treatment
price.
Spa Reservations
We strongly recommend scheduling your spa services in advance to avoid
disappointments. Demand for appointments are high. Call the spa and our
advisors will assist you.
Arrive
Early
We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved
time; to check in, receive your spa introduction, and your complimentary
footbath. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the
next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Valuables
For the safety of your valuables we suggest that you leave them
in the safe provided in your hotel room.
Minimum
Age
Our Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age.
Gift
Certificates
Are available upon request.
Service
Charge
Treatment prices do not include a service charge or gratuity. Gratuities
are at each individual discretion.
Availability
Packages are based upon availability.
Prices
Are subject to change without prior notice and
may be revised at any time.

Open 7 days a week from 9am to 6 pm.
Hours may vary on holidays.
Two
People Sharing Rate
This rate is subject to availability for double spa suites and is not
valid with any other promotions.
Method
of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash and travellers checks.
You may also charge spa services to your hotel account.
Personal checks will not be accepted.
Currency is accepted in US Dollars, Guilders, and Euro.
Health
Considerations
If you have any special health concerns or considerations, or
are pregnant, please advise our receptionist upon booking, so
that we may suggest the best way to enjoy your spa experience.
